Pablo N. Molina is a video, lighting and sound artist whose work employs emerging technologies such as projection mapping, realtime video processing, and custom software development to create immersive media environments.
Pablo has developed several original interactive media exhibitions and designed many theatrical and dance pieces for some of today’s most dynamic emerging artists. While his practice is firmly rooted in the world of experimental performance, Pablo also works in large scale rock concerts and commercial entertainment, such as the recent Paramore and Marvel Universe Live arena tours. He originated the video design for the musical adaptation of Rocky in Hamburg Germany and collaborated with video designer Dan Scully on the Broadway production.
Pablo serves on the faculty for Video for Performance MFA at the CalArts School of Theater and frequently guest teaches workshops and master classes on emerging trends in video design and custom software development for live performance.
